10-27-16:   This is another very special adoption for us. Titan was heartworm positive at Aiken County Animal Shelter. On 27 OCTOBER 2015, Shelter Animals Advocates The Hea rtbeat Goes On pulled him and treated him. Titan went to a home almost immediately, but was returned shortly after when his owner had a sudden and unexpected life change. Poor Titan went into a bit of a depression and then stayed with the rescue for the rest of 2016... The right family just never came along. That is until he met his new mom, EXACTLY ONE YEAR after we pulled him! Titan's adoption was finalized 27 OCTOBER 2016! His new mom asked if we could hold him for just a few more days so she could get the house ready for him, and today 01 November 2016, Titan is FINALLY home! Let the heart beat on!

4-21-18: Titan was originally HW+ at Aiken shelter, pulled by SAA and finished his heartworm treatment and was adopted. After a year he was returned due to change in owners job. By this time he was a senior gentleman. Today he found a wonderful home!

3-29-19  Oh happy day! Our distinguished senior gentleman Titan has found a forever home with what he loves the most ... children (and no cats) ! A wonderful lady and her two teenagers have given our Titan a forever home. Happy trails Titan!
